He was born Feb. 9, 1952, in Oklahoma City, OK, to John K.
Hart Sr. and Wilda (Arnot) Hart.
The family moved to Illinois in the
1950's and David spent most of his youth in Arlington Heights, IL.
Many summers and holidays were spent on his grandparents' farm in Missouri, where he learned to appreciate the slower country life away from the big city.
