If you are female, click "Female" and a box for "Maiden Name" will appear. Set your last name to be your current name, and put your maiden name in the "Maiden Name" blank.

| My story since HS: The simple answer is I got married and had two children, who are now contributing members of society. I have worked a variety of jobs including collector, floral delivery, independent school development director, and office manager for an optometrist. Until Covid-19 shut down society my night job for the last 23 years has been square dance caller and teacher several nights a week. My family has lived in Washington for the last 40 years. | |
